Excel in GFR/EM will not open in PKF Office but opens at home

Excel in GFR/EM will not open in PKF Office but works at home office:

open an excel wbk that will open and then select the button at the top that says open GFR document it doesn't matter what workbook or client that you are in when you hit the button you will get to select which client and document you need to open and work with.
