BNA Display issues

If you are experiencing issues with the display of your Income Tax Planner, it may be resulting from a conflict with the display settings on your computer. Please take the following steps to try and resolve the issue:

1. Please go to the following Turbo folder on your computer (Your computer will have one or the other):
C:\Users\*your username*\AppData\Local\Turbo\20.1.2123.0\ - or - C:\Program Files(x86)\Turbo

2. Open the file folder for Turbo\20.1.2123.0 or the most recent version of Turbo.Once there, please right click on the TurboLauncher.exe file and go to properties.

3. Once in properties go to Compatibility tab and click on the Change settings for all users button. Click on Change high DPI settings button and check the box to Override high DPI scaling behavior. From the drop down please select System and click OK on all the open screens.

4. Please repeat the above step for Turbo-Sandbox.exe file, and the Turbo.exe file, in the same folder.

5. Once you have made these changes, you will need to restart your computer before accessing the Income Tax Planner again.

6. When you log back into the Income Tax Planner, you should now see that your display appears correctly.
